Cablo Driver is operated by Đorđe Popović ("Cablo", "we", "us", or "our"), with a registered address at Jadranski put 24, Budva, Montenegro.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when drivers use the Cablo Driver mobile application and related dispatch services.
Cablo Driver is intended for authorized company or fleet drivers only. It is not intended for children.
3. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of data:
Account and authentication data
- Driver login username
- Driver login credentials
- Firebase authentication identifiers and session tokens
- Vehicle or driver account identifiers associated with the account
Location data
- Precise device location
- Background location while the driver is signed in and location services are enabled
- Direction or heading data derived from device location updates
Ride and dispatch data
- Ride status information
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Rider display name when assigned or offered to a driver
- Availability status
- Active and queued ride assignment details
Device and app data
- Push notification installation token
- App language preference and basic app state needed to operate the service
- Technical request and connection data needed to keep the app and realtime dispatch features running
4. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- authenticate driver accounts
- connect drivers to dispatch systems
- show live driver availability and current position to dispatch
- show live driver location to riders when relevant to an assigned, active, or imminently assigned ride
- send and manage ride offers
- support active rides, pickups, and destination updates
- register and deliver push notifications
- maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the service
- investigate misuse, abuse, fraud, or operational issues
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and operational policies
We do not use background location data for advertising.
5. Background Location Disclosure
When you are signed in to Cablo Driver, the app may collect precise location in the background so that dispatch can:
- see your live vehicle position
- send relevant ride offers
- support active rides and driver availability updates even when the app is not open in the foreground
If background location is denied, core dispatch and live-driver functionality may not work correctly.
6. Legal Bases
Where applicable under local law, we process personal data because it is necessary to:
- perform our contract with drivers, fleets, or transport operators
- pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the dispatch platform
- comply with legal obligations
- honor consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis
7. Who We Share Data With
We may share personal data with:
- your taxi company, fleet operator, dispatch team, or other authorized business users using Cablo
- riders when necessary to support pickup, approach, active ride, and related live-location visibility features
- cloud, hosting, messaging, authentication, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the service
- mapping and location service providers
- payment, legal, compliance, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities where required by law
- professional advisers or acquirers in connection with corporate transactions, where permitted by law
Based on the current codebase, service providers may include Google and Firebase services and Cablo's cloud hosting providers.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the driver and dispatch service
- maintain records of rides, assignments, and operational events
- resolve disputes and investigate incidents
- comply with tax, accounting, transport, employment, and other legal obligations
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data and the legal or operational need for that data.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than the country where you use the app. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
