Cablo User is operated by Đorđe Popović ("Cablo", "we", "us", or "our"), with a registered address at Jadranski put 24, Budva, Montenegro.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when users use the Cablo mobile application and related ride-booking services.
Cablo User is intended for users of Cablo's booking and ride-tracking service. It is not intended for children.
3. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of data:
Account and authentication data
- User display name
- User email address
- Firebase authentication identifiers and session tokens
- Google sign-in account data needed to authenticate the user
- User account identifiers associated with the account
Location data
- Precise or approximate device location while the app is in use and location permission is granted
- Pickup coordinates derived from your selected or current location
- Destination coordinates and related route points needed to estimate and manage rides
Ride and booking data
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Place search queries and selected place identifiers
- Ride estimate, distance, and duration data
- Ride request, assignment, status, cancellation, and completion data
- Assigned driver display name, vehicle details, and live driver location during active rides
- Ride history and related operational event data
Device and app data
- Push notification installation token
- App language preference and basic app state needed to operate the service
- Technical request, connection, and realtime session data needed to keep the app and live ride features running
4. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- authenticate user accounts
- create and manage user profiles
- register users in Cablo's backend systems
- estimate routes, fares, and travel times
- request, assign, manage, and cancel rides
- show active ride status, vehicle details, and live driver approach information
- support ride history and account continuity across sessions
- register and deliver push notifications
- maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the service
- investigate misuse, abuse, fraud, or operational issues
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and operational policies
We do not use user location data for advertising.
5. Location Disclosure
When location permission is granted, Cablo User may access your device location while the app is in use so that the app can:
- determine or refine your pickup point
- estimate routes, timing, and fare information
- help you request a ride from your current position
- display your current position on the in-app map while booking or reviewing a ride
If location access is denied, parts of the booking flow may be less accurate or may require manual pickup entry.
Based on the current codebase, the user app uses foreground location while the app is in use. We do not describe the user app as collecting continuous background user location for advertising or similar purposes.
6. Legal Bases
Where applicable under local law, we process personal data because it is necessary to:
- perform our contract with users, fleets, or transport operators
- pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the ride-booking platform
- comply with legal obligations
- honor consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis
7. Who We Share Data With
We may share personal data with:
- taxi companies, fleet operators, dispatch teams, and drivers involved in fulfilling your ride request
- mapping, places, and location service providers
- cloud, hosting, messaging, authentication, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the service
- legal, compliance, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities where required by law
- professional advisers or acquirers in connection with corporate transactions, where permitted by law
In practical terms, this may include sharing pickup and destination information, ride status, user display name, and other necessary ride details with the driver or dispatch participants handling your request.
Based on the current codebase, service providers may include Google and Firebase services and Cablo's cloud hosting providers.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the user app and ride-booking service
- maintain records of rides, quotes, requests, and operational events
- resolve disputes and investigate incidents
- comply with tax, accounting, transport, consumer-protection, and other legal obligations
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data and the legal or operational need for that data.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than the country where you use the app. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- request restriction of processing
- object to certain processing
- request data portability
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

- Firebase Authentication
- Google Sign-In
- Firebase Cloud Messaging

Those third parties may process data in accordance with their own privacy terms and contractual arrangements with Cablo.
